Educators, school leaders, and all advocates for racial justice in education are invited to a pivotal webinar focused on creating equitable learning environments by addressing systemic racism and supporting racialised teachers.

This event is led by the Educational Leadership Network Europe (ELNE) and SPARK Teachers, an initiative of the Foundation ENAR.

The importance of addressing systemic racism in schools

The journey towards equitable learning spaces for all students cannot be complete without confronting and eliminating systemic racism within educational institutions. Supporting racialised teachers is a critical component of this agenda. Racialised educators often face unique challenges, which can impact their professional development and overall wellbeing.
