Brussels, 18/05/2021 - ENAR Foundation grants the Holistic Diversity Management certificate to INDITEX as first transnational European pool of D&I champions certified

The management of diversity in business has been the subject of special attention over the past few years. While many Diversity and Inclusion certifications have since emerged, they often lack the depth required to encourage real change within businesses, choosing instead to focus on technical approaches often linked to recruitment and career management.

Directly addressing this gap, the ENAR Foundation has launched the ambitious Holistic Diversity Management Certificate. Developed in collaboration with D&I and process management experts such as Strategest, ECLEE, B-Client and GandR, the certification looks into diversity grounds, with a specific focus on racial equality, to offer a dynamic and comprehensive process that supports a global strategic position of the company in its environment, while building its capacity to be autonomous in the improvement of its D&I track record.

The ENAR Foundation is proud to announce that INDITEX is the first company ever to have its transnational European pool of 34 D&I champions certified.

The process requirements are demanding and rest on an uncompromising analysis of the current track record of the D&I Champions and the management structure towards their commitment. This also includes their engagement on D&I and on the national action plans they have devised with clear actions, KPIs and objectives that will ensure diversity in INDITEX’s different brands across Europe”.

Aiming to encourage a progressive evolution in the mindset of managers with the implementation of new diversity processes, and ensuring the deep cultural change for organisations to become structurally inclusive, the ENAR Foundation ambitions to be the partner of businesses and to assist them in managing a completely renewed approach to equity, diversity & inclusion.
