ENAR’s 11th annual Seminar, organised on 6th December 2019, focussed on algorithmic discrimination in the field of recruitment and its impact on diversity management.

New technologies deployed to improve recruitment practices may present a risk of discrimination against many underrepresented groups. We explored with experts and employers how we can avoid discrimination and use new technologies to further diversity.

Foreseen for publication in the fall of 2020: A Toolkit on racial biases and algorithmic discrimination in the use of artificial intelligence in HR processes.
