In partnership with L’Oréal and the French Association of Diversity Managers (AFMD), the conference Ethnicity, Culture (and Social Class): “Origins” and Business, Time to come out of the closet! will give tools to managers to put in place dedicated strategies and actions for the integration of people from ethnic minorities and migrant backgrounds.

This Conference is open to diversity managers, Human Resources professionals, Trade Unionists or Third Sector professionals involved in diversity management issues.

It is the first conference that will put the spotlight on business practices for the integration of ethnic minorities and migrants. The registrations to the conference are open.
